• Account details — your name, email, phone number, password (always stored hashed) and the role you sign up for.
• Profile & resume data — work history, education, skills, summary, profile photo and any documents you upload.
• Employer data — company details and the job posts you create.
• Usage data — searches, pages and jobs you view, device and browser information and approximate location from your IP.
• Communications — messages you send through the platform or to our support team.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the platform — including building your profile and powering search and applications.
• Match candidates with relevant jobs, and surface the best-fit candidates to employers.
• Send you transactional messages, and — only with your consent — product updates.
• Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We rely on a mix of lawful bases to do this: performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running a safe and useful service, and legal obligations.

BePlusTS uses AI to read resumes, generate helpful content (such as summaries and suggestions) and rank matches between people and roles.

• AI matching is a decision-support tool — hiring decisions are always made by people, not algorithms alone.
• Any AI-generated content is fully editable; you can change or remove it at any time.
• We continually work to keep our models fair, accurate and free from unlawful bias.

We share information only where it's needed to run the service:

• With employers — when you apply to a role or make your profile visible, employers can view your profile and application.
• With service providers — trusted vendors for hosting, analytics and messaging, bound by contract to protect your data.
• For legal reasons — to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Business transfers — if we're involved in a merger or acquisition, with appropriate notice to you.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we never will.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.

• Essential cookies keep your session secure and the site working.
• Preference cookies remember choices like theme and language.
• Analytics cookies help us measure and improve the experience.

BePlusTS is intended for people who are old enough to work in their region and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give you prominent notice.
