Welcome to BePlusTS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, apps and services. By creating an account or using BePlusTS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the service.

To use BePlusTS, you must be old enough to work in your region and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Please:

• Keep your login details confidential and don’t share your account.
• Don’t impersonate any person or organisation.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may close your account at any time from your settings.

Use BePlusTS lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content.
• Scrape, harvest or misuse data or other users’ information.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or breach the service.
• Spam, harass, defraud or deceive other users.
• Bypass security, rate limits or access controls.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume and applications, and you decide what to share and with whom. Applying to a role, or making your profile visible, shares your profile and application with the relevant employer. Using BePlusTS is, and will remain, free for candidates.

If you use BePlusTS to hire, you agree to:

• Post accurate, lawful roles and comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws.
• Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment, and only as candidates permit.
• Never charge candidates fees or request payment to apply.
• Protect any personal data you access in line with applicable law.

BePlusTS uses AI to match people and roles, parse resumes and generate helpful content. These features are designed to assist you and are provided “as is” — always review AI output before relying on it. Application and hiring decisions remain entirely yours.

BePlusTS, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it solely to operate, secure and improve the service.

BePlusTS is free for candidates. Some employer features may be paid — any fees, billing terms and applicable taxes will be shown clearly before you purchase, and paid features are subject to the plan you select.

BePlusTS is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BePlusTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using BePlusTS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue after termination.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, give prominent notice. Continuing to use BePlusTS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
